This appetizer is indispensable and unmissable in every meal greek meal that is respected. Its aroma and flavor go very well with the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. Be careful, it is important to use Greek yogurt, because it is much thicker. The brand is found in Italy Total. The garlic gives this appetizer a pungent flavor, but when mixed with the yogurt it quickly fades away.

Ingredients

  • 400 g in yogurt greco
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 wedges of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sprig of dill

Preparation


  1. Grate the cucumber quite coarsely, the large part of the classic one will be fine graterand dry it from the water it contains inside by wrapping it in a cloth for an hour.
